Key Accountabilities:
• Provide technical service & support in networks in WRAN, LRAN & 5G domain.
• Working on Ericsson standard support tools for tickets update such as CSR (Customer Service Request), MHWEB, etc.
• Integration, commissioning, troubleshooting & feature testing of 3G, 4G & 5G products.
• Resolving the network issues arises from day-to-day activities & providing RCA.
• Performing Health check-up activity of BTS/BSC/RNC/LTE/NR nodes.
• Performing upgrade activities for RNC, Basebands, DUW, DUS.
Key Accountabilities:
• Integration, commissioning, troubleshooting & Acceptance testing of Ericsson RNC 3810, 3820 and EVO 8200.
• Preparing scripts & configuration of IuCs, IuPs, Iur and IuPc.
• Troubleshooting KPI degradation by analyzing various PMR & performance counters.
• Re-homing of sites from one RNC to other & SGSN Re-homing.
• Addition of new Boards, RNC/RBS HW Expansion & its configuration.
• Radio parameters setting in RNC & Node B for tuning and optimization.
• Preparing scripts & configuration of IuCs, IuPs & Iur over IP.
• Preparing scripts and Integration of new Sites using OSS and Moshell.
• To perform the routine operation & maintenance activities of all RNC & Node B including health check up.
• License loading in RNC/Node B & feature activation of 7.2, 14.4, 21 Mpbs MC HSPA..
Key Accountabilities:
• Provide technical service and support to new and existing customer networks in all WRAN domains.
• Development and implementation of Operations and Maintenance processes.
• Configuration of IuCs, IuPs & Iur over IP.
• Troubleshooting RNC & Node B faults and alarm supervision.
• Perform Upgrade Software level Node B/RNC using Software Management Organizer (SMO) and Moshell.
• Parameter Audit of data using KGET of Node & RNC & recommend changes as per the default values.
