coordination
• Managed overall construction activities including providing technical inputs for
methodologies of construction in coordination with site management activities
• Strategically achieved the expected financial results and proper maintenance of cash
flow
• Ensured suitable deployment & timely availability of manpower (Contractor and
Engineers)
• Efficiently coordinated with architects /consultants /clients /contractors to ascertain
technical specifications, construction related essentials based on the prevalent rules
Achievements:
• Successfully completed projects worth 60 Million OMR in Oman within allocated time
and budget by identifying long delivery items, releasing orders and finalizing
subcontractors at preliminary stage
• Received certification in 2012 for IWPP Salalah (enabled client for timely power
generation)
• Successfully accomplished projects like:
o DEWA Training Academy at Mankhool, Dubai
o Sahara Mall, Gurgaon First Brand Supermall in India with 39400 sq.mt. space and
earthquake resistant structure, Atrium designed by W S Atkins
o 11Delhi Metro, first underground metro of India with cut and cover tunnel,
excavation more than 4 million cum, reinforcement more than 6000 Mt and
concrete 265000 cum.ArchitecturalFinishing Worksat Central Secretariat Station
and Patel Chowk Station.
o Efficiently managed manpower exceeding 2100 at peak stage at IWPP, Salalah
with area 635000 sq.mt.

o Press Shop with necessary foundations and rafts admeasuring 7500 Sq. m. and
office block 1600 Sq. mt. and Assembly Shop for Mercedes Benz (I) Pvt. Ltd at
Pune
o Handled manpower exceeding 3500 at peak stage at IWPP, Salalah
Covenanted Cadre (M1A);
