Task & Responsibility:
» Handling 8 stores of Jockey and Cottny in Dubai and 2 in Abudhabi.
» Handling e-commerce platform - Souq, Landmark, Noon for online business.
» Handling supermarket and Hyper markets like Lulu, Madina, carrefour.
» Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
» Develop, implement and execute sales strategies and territory business plans to drive sales in existing and new markets
Schedule and conduct ongoing departmental visits and provide exceptional customer service
» Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
» Motivate sales staff to deliver excellent customer service, improve their efficiency, and meet sales quotas
» Monitor the performance of existing sales staff
» Achieves financial objectives by preparing monthly, quarterly and annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
» Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
» Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.
» Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
» Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
» Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
» Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
» Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues
» Touring the retail stores regularly, talking to colleagues and customers and identifying or resolving urgent issues
» Initiating changes to improve the business.
» Achieve needed results and a high level of sales performance
» Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plan to meet sales goals
» Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend the improvements
» Address partner related issues, sales conflict and pricing issue in a timely manner
