1. Responsible for Inbound and Outbound scheduling and planning.
2. Provide leadership skill, prioritize work, delegate responsibility and motivate staffs.
3. Interact and work with inventory control dept to investigate and resolve issues.

5. Maintain high standards of quality and dispute resolution.
6. Ensure timely and accurate Inbound & outbound and the optimization of resources and processes.
7. Ensure Receiving, Picking & shipping process is followed strictly.
8. Maintain the expiry product records and ensure FEFO/FIFO methodology is followed.
9. Work effectively with the subordinates & Leadership Teams.
10. Enforce work rules and procedures as per Company rules & regulations and followed.
11. Housekeeping & warehouse cleanliness and ensure standard for health and safety environment in the warehouses.
12. Actively participate in the model to improvements and subsequently manage the delivery of real-time.
13. Proficient with Orion and ERP systems and able to use inbound confirmation, stock transfer and route planning and scheduling.
14. Ensure optimal utilizations of vehicle and monitor vehicle through GPRS.
15. Day to day Transfer of stocks from company warehouses through system generated document.
16. Handling of Bundling goods and promotion stocks.
17. Time to Time do the stock checks and forward the documents to Inventory dept and LM.
18. Responsible for GROCERS warehouse stock vs ORION system stock.
19. Ensure Grief area, goods return area’s managed properly and GRV document are signed and forward to concern person.
Main area of operation is stock / Inventory. Credit note processing and all market return handling like GRV, s and invoice cutting. Stock to be checked periodically and aligned with the system stock. Proper monitoring of goods issued for delivery. Hygiene and safety related issues inside the store. Receipt of inbound stocks from supplier. Coordinate with co packing and repacking of the product s for promotion./• Monitors and makes follow up for all the stocks and ensures storage as FIFO system with WMS method.
• Ensures transfer of short expiry stocks from normal to short expiry location.
• Excellent knowledge in maintaining storage of Chiller, Frozen and Dry goods as per Warehouse Management System.
• Ensures the batch/expiry dates in the system as per the actual expiry dates of the item directing to
Subordinates.
• Compiles the record of vendors and manage storage for Inbound Stocks.
• Flexible in handling queries of the customer and fulfill the problems.
• Receiving stocks and maintaining inbound report.
• Conducting Physical Inventory of the products and checking in the system using ORIEN Business Management Software.
• Highly aware of food hygiene and safety system
