1. Maintaining records/database of approved contractors.
2. Drafting the Tender documents such as Covering Letter, Scope of Work, Special Conditions of Contract and General Conditions of Contract etc.
3. Follow-up with vendors and providing clarifications for submission of offers.
4. Preparation of notes for opening of technical & price bids, handing over of same for technical review.
5. Complete tracking and settlement of EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) submitted by bidders and Security deposit of the contract.
6. Coordination with vendors & transporters for issue of online Road Permits (Form 49) and timely delivery of materials.
7. Preparation of notes for Closure of Contract.
8. Drafting of Comparative Statement and TEC approval Note.
9. Preparation of Fax of acceptance (FOA) and Purchase Order (PO) for awarding job to bidder.
10. Preparation of contract documents for awarded contracts.
11. Follow up with vendors for signing of Contract Agreement
12. Negotiating with the vendors for commercial details such as delivery, PRS acceptability and payment terms etc.


Expediting & Dispatch of Material:

13. Coordination with vendors and transporters to ensure on time delivery of material at site.
14. Coordination with CHA department for timely custom clearance of material.
15. Logistics arrangement for sending material to vendors on returnable/non-returnable basis
