Duties and Responsibilities:
 Monitor and authorized entrance and departure of employees, visitor and other person to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
 Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized person or unusual occurrences.
 Call police or fire department in case of emergency, such as fire presence of unauthorized person.
 Answer alarm and investigate disturbance.
 Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to prevent and detect sign of intrusion and insure security of doors and gates.
 Escort or drive motor vehicle to transport individual to specified location or provide personal protection.
 Operate detective device to screen individual and prevent passage of prohibited article in to restricted areas.
 Answer telephone call to take message, answer the questions and provide information during non-business hour or when switch board is closed.
 Warn persons of rules infraction or when violation and apprehend or evict violator from premises, using force when necessary.
