• Preparing export documentation (Land /Air/ Sea) for GCC countries as well other countries.
• Executing all export shipment according to the Sales Orders and Stock Transfers orders from Distribution Center (DC) to internal and external customers.
• Coordinating with all outgoing shipments, including liaison work with the forwarder and 3PL for smooth export flow
• Responsible for applying online Certificate of Origin (COO) on Dubai Chamber.
• Maintaining & updating the KPI’s so as to have accurate details for export shipment
• Preparing AWB for all export shipment & documenting the same.
• Preparing LC documents according to the requirement.
• Applying for SASO, KUCAS.
• Monitor stock status continuously to ensure timely delivery on a specified location.

• Preparation of export documents, managing freight forwarders in terms of negotiating freight rates and thereby settlement of payments.
• Order placing and follow up of all relevant documents for import such as Bill of Landing, Invoice, Packing List / Delivery Order.
• Coordinating with Customs and Clearing Agent till the shipments are cleared.
• Preparing Custom documents through Misral II system on Dubai trade portal.
• Responsible for Purchase and Sales Invoicing.
• Preparation of Transfer documents via electronic and manual mode.
• Responsible for generating Invoice of Customer for storage charges on monthly basis.
• Credit review with sales team for collection of funds.
• Generating various MIS reports for the management periodically and need based.
• Preparing gate pass for inbound and outbound of material on Dubai trade portal.
• Responsible for applying online Certificate of Origin (COO) on Dubai Chamber and RAK Chamber during Exports.
• Execution of daily operations for E-commerce network and parcel carriers with DHL, FedEx, and First Flight.
• Maintaining warehouse inventory and ensuring stock flow report.
• Monitor delivery to ensure they remain on track to be delivered within time frame and at the right location.

• Instrumental in establishing debt placement desk for primary debt issuance in Indian bond market.
• Responsible for placement of corporate bonds with financial institutions.
• Dealing with various debt market instruments and valuation of Corporate Bonds, Government Securities (G Sec.), State Development Loans (SDL), Treasury Bills (T-Bills) in Secondary Market.
• Responsible for maintaining relations with SBI group entities.
• Maintaining relations with Companies for Provident Fund Investments.
• Develop & Maintain relations with Co-operative Banks.
• Maintaining relations with Banks, Primary Dealers, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies for placement of Certificate of Deposits (CD) and Commercial Paper (CP).
• Responsibilities included servicing Banks, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies for their fixed income investment needs in the secondary market thereby effectively catering to their specific requirements.
• Heading Institutional sales for bonds
