Setting Baseline for phases and all locations in project.
Monitoring, Attending meetings with Delhi Police Officers and other government departments for various approvals.
Taking decision with all architects, structural deigns and interior designers team.
Resolving disputes arises on site between different contractors.
Negotiation with contractors for items.
Reporting DPR and MPR to Delhi Police Head quarters.
Responsible for all construction activities in 6 Towers. From foundation to Handing over to clients.
Quality controller and Quality assurance Engineer for same towers.
Estimation, Billing and BOQ preparation for 6 Towers.
Additional responsibility for Construction of Roads both Black Top and Concrete, Club house Swimming Pool, STP, WTP and Shops.
All interior work comprise POP, Furniture for Modular kitchen, Carpeting, Tile work, wooden work, all Marble work, Kota work, Painting work with wall papers, GRC for exteriors, Doors and windows glazing, punning, toilet and kitchen hardware fixtures, MEP works.
Co-ordination with all Engineers, Architects & Structure engineer.
Preparation & Monitoring of Construction Schedule, Mile stone Program set up & Progress Report.
Preparation of Resource Planning, Timely Mobilization & Demobilization.
Co-ordination of purchase & procurement, vendor development, Contracts management & Supply chain management.
Customer Management, Invoice, Certification, dealing of Contractual matters.
System Compliance Report and submission of audits reports with compliances.
Management, Mobilization, Rate analysis & approval, Work orders, Preparing, verifying & finalizing Sub Contractor bills.
Co-coordinator between Site with HO, Design section, Vendor, Client, and Consultant. Also intra site co-ordination among different service department with site execution team.
Responsible for documents preparation of Arial survey and topographical.
Drainage board construction on sides on tunnels.
Guninting and grouting on surface of new core.
Foundation of bolder and surface preparation of road foundation.
Construction of Power room in Tunnel.
Study of temperature changes in area and its effect on bitumen.
Execution of Super elevation of road near valley curve.
The Execution of design on the field in Concrete, Brick work and pilling ects. Supervised 5 supervisors on the projects attended meeting with clients. ensure work on time and in budget.
I joined this course after completing my one year job in construction. In this course i had subjects like Project planning, People and Organization, Conflict Management, Risk Management, Environmental Engineering, and Planning & Scheduling. In my Dissertation i have submitted my research on "Project Reviews Does Anyone Learn Anything". After Completing my Course i Joined as Project Engineer in SARE Homes Pvt LTD.
I have done B.tech in civil engineering my subjects were Desgin of Concrete Structure, Desgin of Steel Structure, Building Construction, Surveying, Geotechinal and foundation ect. While pursuing my degree i did two survey camps and one project on design of sewage plant for 16,000 people near my college area. In final semester i went for my industrial training at Crowne Plaza Hotel and continued my job there.
