Sr Support Engineer
Deals with Huawei NMS system for Idea project Kolkata & ROB circle
•Worked on HUAWEI NMS iManager T2000 , U2000
•Alarm handling and fault escalation (Deals with integration and maintenance of Transmission equipment’s)
•Integration & Maintenance of PDH & SDH transmission network, E1 planning and provisioning, alarm handling of different modules of PDH & SDH equipment’s. I.e. RTN 620, 610.605

•Responsible for E1 provisioning
•New site integration
•Commisning of the new TXN nodes
•Hop upgradation, through work modulation alteration
•E1 routing from BSC end to the local end through the shortest route (Electrical/optical)
•Migration of sites from one BSC to another BSC
•Provide Ring MSSP, Linear MSP, HSB and SNCP protection in the network
•Carry alarms & RSL monitoring on weekly basis & after that rectified
•Creation of SDH trail over mux & microwave equipment
•Carry out creation of proper GNE in NMS for the visibility of connected NE’s
•Get the site created and activated in BSC and checking of particular E1 using loop break test
•Fault rectification & management
CSR Support for Global Customer & Bharti India EMS servers SOEM/IPTNMS and Microwave Nodes
•Emergency CSR support
•Doing FNI/upgrade and correction updates of SO EM & IPTNMS servers
•Solving the technical problems within the Transmission network and escalating to next level support if needed
•Providing outage RCA to MS teams
•Analyse the SDH/MW link effecting alarms & give recommendations/suggestions for alarm clearance
•Troubleshooting of SO EM server related issues like NE Visibility Problems, server not accessible, NE zoom-in issue and handling critical issues like server hang/crash
•Oncall support to MS circle teams
•Co-ordination with Product Design team of Ericsson and escalation of product and software related issues to them
•Acceptance testing of New Service On product
•Giving support on consultation queries raised by MS teams
•Providing recommendations on Hardware/software compatibility to MS team
•Providing new software patches to MS circle team
•Handling of Performance/Inventory related issues in SO EM servers
•Weekly backup & health check of SO EM servers
