worked as Assistant Manager for infrastructure management team, under User Access Management which is main source for the business to get access to its user from our end. we are the support engineer providing them with access on different platforms like Unix, oracle, mssql etc, we are first' level of verification team checking their authentication and proceeding further for granting of access. first line of Sox and compliance team . I have also performed internal quality control for better performance of team, however I was dealing with demand analyst and testing new services which are yet to get on boarded on our portal.
