Started with the company called freight systems logistics as sales support and developed relationships with potential clients and overseas agents by coordinating professional meetings. Responsible for timely, accurate quotations and proactive follow-up via mails and calls with customers and achieving the business. With the second organization Maersk, as a customer service executive for US, coordinated with US clusters region office to create booking, amendments and cancellation by using various applications.Achieving 100 % mail action day by day without any escalation.Good rapport with US clients to bag the business.Reminding customers to avoid detention&demurrage charges in all destinations when needed to be informed from our side.And now, I'm into a new project "2M" which is also called as "vessel sharing".Vessel sharing agreements such as 2M allow Maersk line to provide better services to its global clients as well as improve efficiencies, to put it in a nut shell, it is two ships instead of one.It is a contract where two or more carriers agree to share their capacity on a single string.This is purely operational, which each partner operating under a set of rules for the service.
