Work
• To manage Purchase Orders on behalf of Hewlett Packard for services like Training course delivery and incidentals and handle the queries
• To ensure Payments for the suppliers across the globe as per the policy of Hewlett Packard payment terms and as per the Purchase Order.
• Accruals and Re-accruals needs to be prepared every month to make temporary adjustments to the ledger of HP and reports needs to be sent to FA’s HRGO and clients
• Work with SAP tool to check the invoice details, Work with ARIBA tool to raise a Purchase order
• Creating courses for HP vendors and partners based on the requirement of the product and sales
• Attaching and publishing content based on the Scrom, zip, file, URL packages
• Providing transcript for the participants
• Classifying courses as NPI and ECCN GT Licensing Status
• Publishing and web content management
• End to end Event Management for Instructor Led trainings: Coordinating logistics and communications with regards to training and event requests. Partnering with vendors, learners, and instructors providing information and requesting event data.
• Analyzing approved training budgets, and raising Purchase Orders accordingly.
• Keeping a track of invoices and accruals.
• Enrolling and Transcribing learners for the trainings.
• Managing end to end order delivery
• Supporting the execution of business processes and completion of follow ups.
• Achieving quality metrics as assigned. Contributing to business- or function wide process support.
• Primary contact for the transitioned After the Fact requests, Power Sessions.
