I Strategically oversee the digital product capabilies in my area and ensure alignment with the organizaons overall strategy. Im responsible for SAP Supply chain and Logiscs / Value chain operaons area of capabilies and the teams, their inter relaonships and business value proposion. My mission is to turn the product roadmap into working deliverables in my team backlog, aligned with the overall strategy and product vision. I am member of the stable team responsible for managing the team backlog. My experience contributes to balance Process & IT strategies, policies, me-to-market, operang cost, market/technology trends, opportunies for further development, competor soluon of choice and more. Key responsibiles and experse :
• Clarify team purpose, strategy and business priories.
• Manage the team backlog.
• Order and ensure that the backlog is visible, transparent, and understood.
• Design eficient soluons leveraging the standard SAP technologies and techniques, meeng required non-funconal requirements, complying with Volvo architecture guidelines, minimizing specific in-house developments and ensuring capacity to upgrade the soluon
• Deliver an architecture in accordance to the EA framework that
• followVolvo Group (VG) target architecture
• meet the VG architectural principles
• comply with strategies and policies
• support process & soluon roadmaps
• Create architectural descripon including reasons for architectural decisions and consideraons
• Ensure that the designed soluon supports business policies, strategy and stakeholders concerns
• Suggest alternave soluons and point out deficiencies related to quality requirements
• Secure the right technical competence for the resources
• Contribute to the inial assessment of the feasibility of business requirements
• Idenfy influencing factors for the soluon (e.g. communicaon mechanisms, process lifecycles, concurrency requirements, security)
• Explain and communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders
• Ensure a solid architecture even in heterogeneous IT Soluon
• Parcipate in reviews of architecture concepts and soluons, for example on behalf of the project ofice or Group IT. Present soluons to stakeholders
• Secure that the digital product is developed and maintained in compliance within given architecture, security requirements*, and digital product strategy unl decommissioning is completed.
• Manage budget and financial follow up for the of owned digital products and soluons
• Manage dependencies and collaborate with other teams and business partners, as needed.
