• Coordinating between all the various departments which are at work in a project as a team player
• Being involved in the project from the planning stages
• Solve all Exhibitors problems as getting to work closely with them and can help the management in getting a great rapport going with them
• Maintain a Project Checklist on a daily basis.
• Get all the necessary forms filled from Exhibitors, verify the same & submit to the organizers (Design approval, Catalogue entries, electrical, Visa etc.)
• Communicate with the Exhibitors from A to Z to ensure that the build up runs smoothly onsite.
• Arrange passes and invitation letters for the exhibitors for the show days.
• Coordinate with the account managers & ensure all the additional requirements billing happened prior to the show.
• Collect the feedback from Exhibitors after the show.
• Take care of the existing clients rebooking
• Successfully close Incoming Sales enquiries
• Effectively call potential clients and get their complete details
• Build the database by researching for additional job titles as required by the Marketing Managers
• Input all gathered information into DBMS ensuring they are properly coded, entered in the correct fields with no spelling mistakes
• Verify and get the correct contact details of mail or email returns
• Use web search engines, telephone directory or previous year exhibition manual assistance to acquire full & detailed contact numbers when required
• Manage the Client database and run the e-mail and Fax campaign about the show
