WORKING AS PROJECTS HEAD HANDLING VARIOUS PROJECTS UNDER THE FIRM.

•Reviewing project basic engineering information & piping scope of work
•Steering the construction tendering/readiness phase & subsequent construction alongside coordinating with different agencies for the appropriate execution of the projects
•Evaluating the financial of companies to recommend administrative and managerial remediation
•Analyzing financial ratios and recommending optimal performance
•Reviewing & assessing contractor’s bids, conducting techno-commercial discussion and finalizing contract for executing the project on time

•Managing changes in project scope, identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans
•Developing Risk Analysis and Quality Management Plans, Milestones and Change Controls on projects alongside contributing to Quality Reviews, and coordinating activities in support of quality objectives
•Monitoring & ensuring materials procured for the construction are in accordance with the quantity & quality
•Coordinating with the Subcontractors for ensuring safety & quality in the projects executed

•Executed project for KEMP-2000, Civil and Structural works at Kochi Refineries
•Developed:
•Alps rubber works for Apollo Tyres at Irapuram and regularly monitored site activities
•Foundation for silos 9 - 16 for Kerala Feeds Limited at Iringalakuda, Kerala
•Engaged in construction of:
•Entire plan with 8 numbers of Banbury, Foundations, Buildings, Piping Works, Machinery Erections, Landscaping Work and so on
•Foundations for silos of the plant and performed machinery erection and construction of G+5 office Building with 2 floors rest rooms and flat for the guests
Performed construction of residential villas for private clients and ensured fabrication, supply and erection of Stainless steel staircase and other structural works for the Dubai Mall
•Conferred as an active part of the commissioning of chill water pipeline for centralized cooling unit for Emicool
