- Marketing and promoting SFD franchising finance program .
- Organize awareness meetings with SME's to identify potential local franchisors, follow-up and discuss with potential SMEs and advice on the possibilities of developing a franchise concept and the services of SFD.
- Link the potential franchisors to suitable consultants and lawyers to develop the franchise system and contracts. Monitor the work of consultants and lawyers when necessary.
- Evaluate potential franchise concepts submitted to the SFD from the technical point of view and provide necessary technical support if needed.
- Develop the franchise concept proposal with the suitable potential franchisor.
- Study official documents from franchise companies (budgets - financial statements - companies' legal instituting documents - Franchise contacts).
- Evaluation of the project from the technical point of view based on the proposed offer by the company granting the franchise system. Also summarizing the franchise concept in a "Franchise Concept Proposal" to be submitted to the relevant SFD committees.
- Coordination between the departments concerned (credit management - direct lending department - the Legal Affairs Department) to complete required steps for the cooperation agreement.
- Review the franchise contract and coordinate for the legal review.
- Obtain higher management approval on the approved franchising contracts and finalize signature procedures.
- Assist the newly established franchise concepts in the promotion of their franchise concept. Assist the franchisor in developing a ‘roll-out’ plan, and in promoting the concept to potential franchisees.
- Participating actively in exhibitions and all related events .
- Follow up on customers (Franchisor/franchisee) satisfaction.
- Provide assistance whenever is needed to others in the franchising sector.
- Achieves other assignments received from management.
-Opening & creating new distribution channels for SME`s products in different sectors of the market.
-Negotiation with different private chains to get best deals that can help & support the SME`s product to survive in the market.
-Participating in organizing local and international exhibitions.
-Participating in match making business with different foreign sme`s projects.
-Continual collection of market data that support the whole work.
-Participating in increasing the sales revenues of the company by designing & implementing successful marketing plans through targeting the right segments of the market.
-Participating in organizing different exhibitions.
-Big role in different advertising campaigns concerning media, press, catalogues & printouts.
Worked as a project coordinator between Orascom Company & all its agents such as: (Alstom-AEG, Krupp, Holder bank, and Besix).
Worked as a dealer in capital markets especially stocks & participate in managing different portfolios owned by the bank or by different clients.
