 Conducts daily briefings for Stewarding.
 Assists in the preparation of duty rosters, vacation planning and scheduling, and public holiday scheduling.
 Co-ordinates with Food and Beverage in ensuring that all banqueting and restaurant operations function efficiently and On time.
 Directs and controls all subordinate kitchen staff to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.

 Conducts periodic checks of all chemical delivery and storage areas to ensure standards of hygiene are maintained.

 Assists in the controlling and monitoring of chemical expenses.
 Hands on training of associates in daily operations pot washing / dishwashing / general hygiene practices.
 Takes periodic inventory and par stock maintenance for all chinaware, glassware, silverware and hollowware.
 Ensures up keep of all chinaware, glassware, silverware and hollowware.
