Consulting service include:
- Tender preparation: Preparation Questionnaires, Initial flow sheet and GA plant design preparation.
- Call for tender preparation and bidder selection handling
- Procurement engineering and assistance in ordering for plant machinery and services
- Mein role: Project engineering services - process & mechanical drawing review
- Reporting issue and non-conformity to Project Director
Following activities related to OHORONGOFA 2100tpd Turn Key Project. 180 mil EURO and Andino Cemento Plant in Peru 90 mil EURO.
• Planning and structuring project-specific engineering activities
• Determined the project schedule, which included the sequence of all construction activities.
• Participate in various design review meetings with Client’s engineering department.
• Made After Action Review
Execution of CAPEX projects, including the conceptual, basic and detail engineering phases, as well as the construction and start-up.
• Leads projects according to a defined time schedule, cost budget and requested quality
• Developed cost estimates, offer evaluations, procured equipment and tracked construction progress to efficiently complete large scale project
• Analyzed process requirements to determine feasibility of design and preparing the Conceptual design
• Evaluating, designing and providing information for new equipment with respect to Design Criteria, energy efficiency, reliability and cost
• Evaluating, designing and providing information for new equipment to ensure seamless incorporation of new facility into ongoing production process with respect to Design Criteria, energy efficiency, reliability and cost
Preparation of technical documentation for glass production equipment and investment overhauling during the refurbishment of several glass production lines
• Preparation the technical documentation, GA drawings and detail engineering drawings, for glass industry
• Quality control of local fabrication of the steel structure and equipment
• Follow up the schedule and coordinate the site activities regarding compliance with the standards, quality and deadlines
