Provide the planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by
ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and
values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the
Marketing plan.
Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for
the organization; for strategic market planning; market research
programs; field force activities, and control of the marketing budget.
Prepare new product marketing plans for product introductions in
cooperation with senior management colleagues in Medical, Health
Economics, Finance, Sales and Marketing.
Establish a system of reports and communications for all information from
the marketing team to the sales team and for feedback and request from
the sales team to the marketing team.
Initiate activity and develop good working relation with media people.
Provide support to the marketing group for its press, interview and media
inquiries
Gathers information, conduct research, interview sources and write new
and feature release.
Send out media advisory to TV/Radio advertising.
Organizes media events to promote the company
Drafting press releases, news, and magazine articles
Setting up speaking engagements and preparing speeches for
spokespeople
Developing media plans and policies with executives in the organization
Directing public relations campaigns for a company or organization
EVENT DIRECTOR/SPECIALIST
Responsible for organizing and running all kinds of promotional, business
and social events..
Over all Control of the project, from planning, conceptualization,
canvassing of necessary materials and equipments, liaising with
suppliers and execution/delegation of duties to different team
members/crew during the event.
Communicating and discussing with the clients, presentation of concepts,
themes and original ideas to the clients and budget requirements and
quotation/proposal preparation.
Researching of venues, contacts and suppliers.
Negotiating prices with suppliers and venues.
Booking venues, entertainment, equipment and supplies.
Hiring and supervising contractors such as caterers and security.
Publicizing the event
Ensuring that everything runs smoothly during the day of the event-
health, safety, and insurance regulations are followed
Overall Management of the Team for proper coordination.
