• Develop leads and generate new business in the Hospitality Industry
• Network with potential hires and clients through professional groups on social media and events
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct initial phone screening to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Participate in job fairs and trade events
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Key Account Management - develops and maintains a good strong relationship with clients; identify new business opportunities among existing clients
• Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
• Portal and Web Ads Management
• Discuss with hiring managers to get a clear view on their strategic objectives and hiring needs
• Conduct interviews, present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summary
• Offer guidance to candidates on client interviews and be involved in negotiation process until completion
• Attend client meetings with Business Development Manager
• Industry exposure: Retail, Real Estate, Telecommunication, Transportation, Manufacturing, Leisure and Entertainment, Hospitality/F&B, Construction and Engineering
• Maintain good client relationship
• Understand recruiting requirements; meeting with hiring managers to discuss recruitment needs
• Manage sourcing from job portals, professional networking sites, company database
• Determine candidate’s suitability by interviewing
• Arrange client interviews by coordinating interview schedules
• Participate in negotiation
