Responsibilities included reporting to the Managing Consultant, preparation of documents for claims, arbitration, variation related claims and research on several commercial issues and contractual entitlements. For the following Projects:

Responsibilities included:
Reporting to the Division Manager with project coordination responsibility for the Divisions project.
Coordination of staff allocation and planning for the projects.
Commercial evaluation of tender and Contractors payment Certificate.
• Reported to contract manager with post-contract issues and Responsible for all Commercial and Contractual issues of all company projects such as Insurance Claims, Bank Guarantees, Sub-contract Agreements, Coordinated with the Sub-Contractor on their disputes.
• Advises the Management on bonds/bank guarantees requirement of the newly acquired projects.
• Monitor Valuation/Payment Certificates of Sub-Contractors.
• Prepares Contract Particulars of Newly Awarded Projects, Prepares Letter of Intents, Haulage and Sub-Contract Agreements.
• Advises the management on the Contractual obligations of the Sub Contractors pursuant to the clauses on the agreement.
• Attend pre bidding conferences
• Ocular inspection of project site condition
• Quantity take off for structural & architectural items
• Prepare checking of quantities
• Prepare budgetary & cost estimates; Canvass of materials required for the project; Evaluate subcontractors bid
• Monitor additive & deductive works

Hands on managing the business from business development to undertaking the project and handing over finished product to the building owner.

• Visits job site for Monitoring purposes and reports to the Gen. Manager for project accomplishment.
• Reviews and evaluates bids of participating bidders (sub-contractor) and recommends the most advantageous bid proposal to the management.
• Responsible for the Quantity Survey in QS Department, Supervises QS staff (2 members), Prepare estimates with the QS staff for all prospective projects of the company, Communicate/coordinates with prospective clients, sub- contractors and suppliers.
• Evaluate and discuss with the President regarding tendering techniques and strategies in order to secure estimates for Tendering.
• Attends to pre-bidding meetings and site inspections.
• Design Sanitary and Plumbing layout for the design and built residential buildings.
• Reports directly to the President.
• Prepares Quantity take-off for Structural and Architectural requirements.
• Prepares costing of accomplishment, Project supervision, Prepares Bid Proposals from procurement of plans to submission.
• If awarded, supervises the project from pre-construction planning, construction operations and post construction works.
• Prepares and Submit Bid Proposals, Liaise with Government agencies for any possible projects. Have the opportunity to handle a project as Assistant Project Manager of the Calauag Water Distribution Project in Quezon Province, Philippines.
• Prepares estimates of Sanitary Lines requirements for high rise buildings.
• Prepares bid Proposal including cost derivations, construction methodologies, equipments listings, manpower scheduling, and bar chart.
• Supervises construction operation and post construction works.
• The company was mainly involved in the Sanitary and Plumbing Design and Construction of High Rise Building all over Metro Manila.
• Prepares estimates of Architectural and Structural requirements for high rise buildings.
• Evaluate Sub-Contractor’s billing.
Passed the Professional Licensure examination of the Sanitary Engineering Board.
Passed the Professional Licensure Examination for Civil Engineering.
Received an 2nd Honorable mention award.
