With 15 days of thorough explanation about the company and their facilities being provided to their customers, being send into the invoice dispatching zone to collect invoices from various departments and make sure that whatever invoices is needed to be dispatched on time and send to the designated area via the messenger, after which the copy of the invoice as the proof to be signed from the reciever and send back to scan and attach into the system.
