Key Result Areas:
As Regional HR Officer - Middle East Region

• Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers report into the Sub Regional Office.
• Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client’s side
• Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
• Involved in preparation of HR budget exercise for the Middle East Regional office
• Ensuring employees set annual goals and conducting mid-year reviews presenting findings & reports of forced distribution ratings across all Middle East countries to senior management
• Estimating annual budget for compensation & benefits and assessing salary increases, comparing them to market plans & inflation rates and collaborating with management to secure budget approvals
• Administering regional compensation/benefit tasks and complying with DIFC labour laws
• Finalising payroll for Middle East staff members in coordination with EMEA HR.
• Carrying out:
o Monthly analysis tied to headcounts, compensation, vacancies, turnover rates, top talent profiles and key HR initiatives for Middle East Countries
o Performance development of UAE staff and supporting processes across other Middle East Offices
• Coordinating employee benefits such as Life Insurance, Medical Insurance and Pension Plans
• Coordinating with DIFC on Visa related procedures
• Involved in mapping of hay grading
• Assessing regional market compensations and gathering recommendations for salary increases
• Modifying employee orientation & exit program to suit both business & employee needs
• Maintaining personnel files & HR database for regional employee team
• Handling department in absence of Regional HR Director with support of EMEA Head of HR
