•Providing consul and legal advise to concerned department on the laws and litigation associated with their scope of work.
•Studying and analyzing bids, tenders, and proposals.
•Reviewing contract and agreements.
•Representing the company in meetings, negotiations, and conciliation.
•Identifying and assessing risk and opportunities that may require action in the future to reflect such matters while establishing contract clauses.
•Drafting and review Zinc agreement.
•Review lease contract and renewal of lease.
•Contract Management.
Representing individuals and companies before the judicial entities in any civil or criminal lawsuit, and managing and resolving disputes before official bodies including trademark registrar, patent registrar, industrial design registrar, etc.
•Registration of different types of companies including limited liability companies, private shareholding companies, non-profit companies, etc.
•Assisting in companies' mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and liquidation.
•Providing related consultation to companies' under establishment including drafting related contracts, drafting by-laws, tax and social security consultations, etc.
•Registration of trade names, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights, and providing consultation on intellectual property issues.
•Preparing and examining employment contracts and by-laws, and providing legal consultations on the Social Security Law and other related issues.
•Providing legal consultations on the General Sales Tax Law and other related issues.
•Preparing and examining lease contracts, and following up on other issues related to Landlords and Tenants Law
•Representing clients in meetings, negotiations, and conciliation.
