Create a Testing preliminary Well program for Completion well for shellow and HPHT well. 3. Keep up dated the job forcast with client in daily basis 4. Maintain the hardware required by keep monitoring the ordering staff and follow up in daily basis 5. Keep maintain the crew spirit and motivate by rotate them as per required
