statements, contracts, application forms, financial summaries and products information.
- Sagent DFS (Data Flow Server) that controlling the flow of data in a plan, analyzing data, populating a database
and transforming data, customizing data manipulation at the record level, displaying data and creating files.
- Working with document view, page setup view, tables, variable data, object control, data structure
(handling, linking and mapping), and business logics.
- Working with DataBase (SQL and SQL Queries).
- Technical Support for CCM product.
- Solving problems and troubleshooting.

Managing Projects (Contact Center Project for Ministry of Water and Irrigation in Jordan):
- Prepare bids and proposals, keep preparing status reports and keep in touch with the client to
make him aware of the status of the work finished.

The goal of this project is to convert the regular passport to electronic passport that looks like a credit card. All the information on traditional passports will be electronically stored in the e-passport card. - Graduation Project2: EPassport. In Epassport project we are trying to have the same information saved in the regular passport but with adding a new biometric property, and we satisfied this by adding the fingerprint..We used the smart card as a Passport and Smart Card Reader with Fingerprint Scanner and wrote the code that reads, writes and updates from the smart card and configures the fingerprint.
