From 2016-2021as Assistant Instrument Engineer in Shell Eastern Petroleum Limited Singapore. Work responsibilities are:

➢ Carry out Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Activities Instrument for PU6 Utilities especially Boiler, Steam Turbine Generator, Cogen 2, Cooling Tower Plant; Boiler Feed Water; Waste Water Treatment Plant; Spent Caustic Plant; Ground Flare Plant and other utilities plant.
➢ Carry out Management Of Change Execution activities as per requirement operation.
➢ Maintain and check the spare part and tools during normal operation and outage especially instrument included raise Request of Quotations, Purchase specification and Purchase requisitions.
➢ Involved of Mega Turnaround ECC TA 2019 as Instrument Discipline Block 4.
i. Involved of carry out execution Temporary of MOC for shutting down unit ECC.
ii. Execute Instrument Removal; Replacement and Reinstallation activities that related Plant such as Steam Turbine Generator; Waste Water; Spent Caustic; ECC for Cold Section.
iii. Coordinated and execute activities that interface with Mechanical Activities.Follow up and execute that instrument discovery that required of Replace; Adjust; relocation and improvement instrument.
iv. Carry out IPF testing for Units involved shutdown.
v. Pre commissioning activities such as PSSR that Instrument readiness and rectify any instrument that cause of interrupt process of starting up plant

➢ Involved of Automation Activities that related of day by day PU6 activities included
Download of New Instrument not limited Control valve, Transmitter, Indicator.
➢ Execute of Software change activities that requires of Change Alarm priorities and change alarm setting.
➢ PRM activities such as Housekeeping of PRM belong to PU6 for Utilities Ular (PRM1, 2 and 3) and include Utilities Besar.
➢ Involved of troubleshoot activities that related alarm and tripped that related with CENTUM CS3000; CENTUM VP; PROSAFE; HONEYWELL; and SIEMENS PLC.
➢ Involved of Alarm reducing activities that cause by Bad Actor.
➢ Involved of Maintenance Site Inspection for Instrument portion included prepare of shutdown activities, prepare of material that involved of shutdown; coordinated with other party that have interface job and coordinated with operation; contractor and vendor. These shutdown list activities involve at such as Boiler Shutdown Activities;STG Shutdown Activities;Cooling Tower Finfan Overhaul Activities;etc.
➢ Involved GSAP activities ( Maintenance Activities Planning ) involved not limited to
i. Follow up Notification that raise by operation and Raise of Notification that finding during maintenance activities;
ii. Plan and Execute PM under MX01 & MX04 as per Schedule;
iii. Coordinate with other party such as scheduler that required arrange schedule that involved other party such as mechanical.
iv. Preparing material that requirement for execute job.
v. Attended schedule meeting for Hardweek; Softweek and Daily Activities.
vi. Achieved Schedule attainment for more than 80%

Preventive and corrective Maintenance for Gas turbine Solar, Alsthom, GE with total load up to 100 MW
Maintenance for Diesel and gas engines like waukesha and caterpillar
Trouble shoot and fixed the problem as soon as possible
Modify the control system
Supervisory for sub contactor
