Working in a fast paced environment, giving full administrative and secretarial support to a Senior Manager.
Provide general secretarial / administration support to senior managers & Directors Organising external / internal meetings attending them and taking minutes.
Liaising with other staff regulatory authorities, suppliers and clients etc. Responsible for answering & screening telephone calls & face to face enquiries.
Making appointments and arranging travel and accommodation. Raising purchase orders, expense claims and arranging invoices. Maintaining and enhancing the working environment of the department.
Carrying out routine administrative duties like photocopying and filing etc. Writing reporting and briefing papers and making presentations.
Responsible for stationery acquisition including periodicals and subscriptions. Involved in recruitment, budgets & accounts, managing junior staff & HR issues.
Provide general secretarial and administration support to the office. Liaising with other staff for day by day duties.
Dealing with the inventory every week.
Communicating with customers and managing relationships by explaining procedures and keeping doctors agenda.
Maintaining and updating customer databases.
Obtaining and seeing the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain procedures.
Organize the gallery every each day to make it seams fresh and every time different. Receive customers in the gallery and approach them in the way to make them feel confident ad willing to buy.
Maintain updated the system, make orders to artists when necessary, inform customers about new entries and special events.
Install or place the artwork in such a way that it will achieve the overall look, mood or feel that the client desires. Create compositions.
Work with local and national customers as well as local or international artists in order to provide the best service.
Commission of customized artworks for clients, or for special events.
Work with a variety of budgets and spaces.
Maintaining good relationship with various artists.
Deal with the newest trends in the art community.
Front office, Costumer relationship menagement, supporting events organization, web site, blog and facebook updating
Part-Time Contract
Create, deliver, edit and optimize marketing materials, deliver content via Facebook, email or website, promote products and services through public relations initiatives.
