• In-charge for the daily implementation of the Project Quality Management System;
• Coordinates to the operational department in order to make sure that all activities are according to the project specifications, method statements and applicable QCS;
• Responsible for the supervision of the construction quality management;
• Initiates the Internal Audit every three (3) months;
• Conducts Statistical Analysis of KPI set in Quality Assurance Plan;
• In-charge for reviewing and approving all submittals, materials, method statement, ITP, checklist, etc.
• Oversees the work of all QAQC Engineer and Inspectors;
• Ensures that the quality training in each activity on site will be implemented by concerned QAQC Engineer;
• Follow up the QAQC Engineer for the appropriate corrective actions for non-conformance;
• In-charge for issuing internal NCR and Site Observation to the construction team and subcontractors/suppliers;
• Oversees the testing laboratories and the tests to be conducted on site;
• Analyze product failure data and laboratory test results in order to determine causes of problems and develop solutions;
• Prepares the Quality Monthly Report to be submitted with the Client and BGC Top Management;
• Reviews the quality system for improvement
• In-charge for the project closing out documentations especially the Civil Defense, DCU & MMUP requirements.
