Responsibilities:
To lead, develop and inspire the Communication & Interior Design team (Retail design department,
Interior design department and Graphic communication department - 3 managers and 35 co-workers)
and other functions in the store in increasing the home furnishing interest of the many people and
creating demand for home furnishing solutions and know how in the local market.
Accountable for the store layout, range presentation and store communication thereby contributing to
positioning the IKEA brand as the leader in life at home.

Responsibilities:
Led team in creating innovative concepts and designs from ideation to execution.
Managed a team of designers and visual merchandisers including hiring, development, and annual
reviews.
Lead the design process of shopping mall common areas lay out, stores and touch points.
Control of production, selection of materials, work with contractors. Budgeting. Organizing tender.
