• Liaising the procurement office with other departments.
• Observing the 7R"s of purchasing and supply management.eg right time of delivery.
• Reconciling quarterly stock takes in conjunction with finance dept. and provides a record of physical balances for comparison with the ledger and prepare stock take reconciliation report
• Information users on receipt of goods and services
• Ensuring goods and services are dispatched on timely basis and maintain accurate records of all stock movements on relevant documentation
• checking the delivery of goods in a timely manner.
• preparing monthly stores issue report for the purpose of cost centre charging to accounts dept.
• Carry out reconciliation for consumable stores managed by the out sourced service provider
