Showroom Host and
Interacting with customers was part of my daily duties along with dealing with unsatisfied customers.
* I was looking after the workflow in the warehouse and in the sales department.
* I was responsible for checking that the merchandise was in good condition before releasing it to distributors.
* The registration of distributors and managing orders in the informational system was another duty that I had to accomplish.
I learned how to fill in credit contracts and associated guarantee contracts, how to prepare the entire set of documents
necessary for booking the credit limit in the core system and how to register/modify/delete movable guaranties in/from the
Electronic Archive of Movable Guarantees, based on the signed credit/collateral contracts.
* I earned experience on how to prepare internal documents necessary for credit disbursements and how to handle credit file
administration, such as archiving, scanning etc.
* I also got instructed on how to follow up credit conditions and afferent credit covenant fulfilment in time, on how to do the
registration and follow up of correct registration of collaterals in the core system, and on how to do the reimbursements
according to the reimbursement schedule of credit contractors.

* I handled administrative and organisational tasks, getting a deeper insight into the structure of an embassy.
* I helped with organizing events for diplomatic and cultural purposes, as well as generating and sending away invites for the
guests.
* I learned the way in which the Public Relations department works, getting to understand how the visa or immigration
process works.
I was working on each department from women’s wear to the fitting rooms and tills.
I attained an in depth understanding on communication and advertising roles within the marketing mix through managing
communication projects for different brands such as Philipps and Nivea.
* I obtained knowledge on client relationship management (CRM)
* I got hand on experience on managing projects within an advertising company.
* I took part in and assisted with preparation of internal and external meetings.
* I prepared competitive reports for the clients and I also participated in brainstorming sessions to identify the best
communication idea for a specific client/brand/project.
