Duties & Responsibilities
•Grooming of Title records from Registry of Deeds Preparing for Land Titling Computerization Project of Land Registration Authority.
•Consolidation by sequencing of Title records, and segregation of Title Records.
•Inventory of title records for document preparation and preparing for massive scanning of all the title records in Registry of Deeds.
•Scanning of title records from Registry of Deeds to put in data base. And inventory of Equipment and supplies.
•Checking and monitor the output of my team, monitor the daily time records and giving task to my team.
•Sending electronic inventory control sheet to head office by using electronic mail.
•Scanning of title records to be sent in head office.
•Train and guide the newly hired personnel.
“Out Bound Workload”
Receiving of items from inbound warehouses for preparing shipping out of all Receiving Tally Sheets (RTS).
Consolidation by Department of Defense Automatic Addressing Code (DODAAC).
Putting the items supplies to the designated area or location using of forklift.
Shipping out the items supplies use of Radio Frequency (RF) Gun to the system.
Arranging the supplies to Air Pallet and secure the supplies by using nets.
“Small Parcel processing”
Shipping out using the Radio Frequency (RF) gun or the system.
Sending the supplies to Parcel representatives UPS, DHL, and FEDEX.
Warehouse Inbound Workload”
Receiving the inbound process at DLA Warehouse facilities, starting from ASN creation to final receipts and QC.
Put Away the material has been received into the warehouse and system, and put away or moved to rack, bin, or bulk location.
Moving pallets or items may need to be moved from one location to another. Any physical move must also be done on the system to keep the system data matching with physical quantity.
INQUIRY and INVENTORY inquiry, and order status inquiry.
Picking Process, order is automatically downloaded into the system. The Ops Cell will release the orders generate the pick tickets. The Pick tickets (or pick list)are handed over to corresponding warehouses. The orders should be picked by priority. Orders with high priority should be picked immediately and sent to the sorting area.
