Manage Rig Based Drilling Spare Parts / Equipment materials acquisition including warehouse control, material orders and inventory.
•Reports to rig Superintendent on the Rig and functionally to the District Supply Chain Supervisor.
•Requisition material via online @ Oracle JD Edward system.
•Follow progress of purchase order.
•Receive material in warehouse stock.
•Issue materials.
•Return stock to warehouse.
•Initial material return to vendor and onshore.
•Perform cyclical inventory of stock.
•Maintain the physical inventory in the warehouse.
•Maintain inventory control system.
•Maintain logs and registers.
•Submit monthly report of warehouse transactions.
•Submit periodic report of inventory dollar value.
•Complete transaction document.
•Communicate and coordinate with all departments.
. Responsible for the warehouse logistic operation and inventory.
. Received materials, spare parts Mechanical/Equipment from the suppliers.
. Store all Materials properly in their designated location.
. Prepares Materials Requisitions, Purchase Order and Store Receipts.
. Issue of Equipment and Materials to the Construction team.
. Record the incoming and outgoing of stocks to the Smarterm System.
. Safe keep and properly transmit all documents to material handling, And inventory controller.
. Maintain good Warehouse Management practices.
Planning of detail storage location.
•Equipment and Materials Receiving and Storing, which data is updated into MARIAN site Module and Material tracking system.
•Inspection of Equipment and Material received, and prepare receiving inspection report.
•Reporting of Equipment and Material receiving status by using MRR.
•Preparation of the O.S.D. (Overage, Shortage, Damaged & Non-Conformance).
•Preservation of Equipment and Material stored, prepare “unopened log” if necessary.
•Equipment and Material issuing to the Subcontractor’s construction team.
•Inventory check and its data update into MARIAN site module and Material tracking system.
•Advice about the adequacy of unloading and distribution means at site.
•Maintain data from MARIAN site module and Material tracking system.
- Finished Goods
•Scope of Work : To ensure proper receipt, storage, issuance and security of all finished goods and maintain good warehouse keeping practices.
•Duties and Responsibilities :
•Responsible to receive, store and issue finished goods (e.g. Regular Product, Promo and Testers).
•Compile Stocks in a warehouse.
•Applying Identification to articles, Issuing Supplies and Periodic Inventory.
•Prepare necessary report.
Receive all Materials (Drilling Equipment, Auto Spare part, Dry Goods). Ensure that prior to receipt, all Materials are: (a) properly documented (b) approved by Q.A. (c) accurately counted
•Store all Materials properly in their designated location.
•Issuance of Materials to internal and external clients.
•Safe keep and properly transmit all documents to Material Handling and Inventory Controller.
•Maintain good Warehouse Management practices.
•Responsible and Accountable for the Accuracy of Materials Inventory.
•Preparation of Reports.
•Conduct scheduled of Physical Inventory.
•Perform any other task to be assigned by Material Handling, Inventory Controller and base manager.
