- Preparing estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
- Analyzing blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Preparing estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.

- Undertaking design duties as assigned by the Design Office Manager, QA/QC Engineer and Project Manager.
- Advising and supporting the Project Engineer and the QA/QC Engineers on any technical design issues arising from the projects.
- Attending contractors’ queries, reviewing shop drawings and submissions and attending to site issues in an expedient manner.
- Responsible for assisting Project Manager on all phases of the project.
- Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.
- Supervise, coordinate, and inspect the work of draftspersons, technicians, and technologists on construction projects.
- Perform liaison with main contractors, sub contractors and other parties involved the projects.
- Researching and developing ideas for new units and production systems and also improve the performance and efficiency of existing units.
- Responsible for all of QA / QC Civil and Architectural related activities.
- In charged of all drawings submitted and presented to the clients.
- Check and review the plans & specifications for the proper construction & quality implementation at job site, perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings & specs.

- Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
- Conduct studies of traffic patterns or environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and evaluate potential project impact.
- Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations or establish reference points, grades, or elevations to guide construction.
- Designing new road layouts and traffic flow systems using Design Highways software packages including CAD / AutoCAD.
- Handle the tasks of providing design and drafting services for detail road design phase of the project.
- In charge in testing of soils or materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.
- Used special software (Land Desktop and Soft desk) for design of vertical and horizontal alignments of roads and highways.
- In charge for all NOC submission (Information, Demolition, Relocation, Grading, Connection and Design NOC’s) required by Authorities (DEWA, DM, Du, ETISALAT, JAFZA, Civil Defence and RTA and other concern authorities). This Includes connection to main line, relocation and rerouting of affected services, required demands computation and appropriate design.
- Member of the design team in the entire infrastructure works (potable water, sewerage, storm water, irrigation, fire fighting, chilled water, gas line, electrical, telecom and security line), including layout of pipeline and cables, sections, pump stations and standard details.
- Incorporate all comments from Client and Authorities.

- Review and check all new drawings, instructions & documentation received from either the client or authorities.
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadline.
- Track and monitor that materials delivered to site are check and verified for correct quality, quantity and type ordered.
- Provide the Project Manager with relevant documentation received from either the client or authorities in a timely manner.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Preparing the Daily Site Reports for the projects.
- Responsible for implementing the project plan and ensuring all items of project deliverable are discussed on time.
- Track and monitor that materials delivered to site are check and verified for correct quality, quantity and type ordered.
- Working with other members of the company responsible in planning and surveying projects for lots segregation.
