Roles:
• Providing AutoCAD-designed concept drawings to all Engineering Disciplines for Marafiq Power & Water Utility Company Projects, which are subjected to feasibility study estimates, costing and budget approval by the Board of Directors in the company.
• Working on the design concept drawing plan using AutoCAD or BricsCAD programs for various disciplines starts from Electrical, Civil & Structural Detailing, Sanitary Plumbing, Water Pipeline, Wastewater Pipeline, and their isometric drawings, sections details and Estimates.
• Engaging in mechanical pipeline design such as GRP and Ductile Iron Pipes with diameters ranging from 500 to 1500mm.
• Involving in concept design projects on Marafiq Beach Camp and Sports Facility, Permanent Operation Office Building in Berri, Water Refilling Station in Yanbu and the Construction of Additional 10unit Valve Chamber with butterfly valve sizing ranging from 500 to 1500mm diameter.
• Detailing installation drawings for the valve chamber and fabrication detail drawings for a Cylindrical Steel Tank with dimensions of 2m height and 2m diameter.
• Assisting and supporting the team in reviewing applicable standards such as MARAFIQ and Royal Commission, SAES, NEC, IEEE, IEC and any relevant BS standards to support project proposals.
• Achieving saving through cost saving measures like selecting equipment of low power consumption with high performance techniques, ensured completion in minimum turnaround time with effective resource utilization to maximize output while adhering to set compliances. ·
• Tracking & analyzing project activities with a key emphasis on quality, drawings, specifications, standards & codes; reviewed schedule & managing budget for cash flow requirements.

• Led a team of three personnel under my supervision during the execution of the Aramco Wasit Inlet Gas Plant, Aramco Wasit Industrial Supports Facilities (ISF) and MH1 & MH@ Maaden Rack Phosphate Projects as Electrical Supervisor in Project Engineering Department.
• Oversee all electrical & instrumentation works for the Aramco Inlet Gas Plant & ISF project for the construction of essential facilities building such as Security Gatehouse, Administration Building, Maintenance Bldg., Fire Station Bldg., Dining Hall Bldg., Mosque, Gas Station, Power Utility Bldg., Lift-station, 4-unit 1km Piperack, 3-unit 13.8kV Primary Power Substation bldg. & Transformer yard, 3-unit Process Interface Bldg. (PIB), Operation & Maintenance bldg., Underground Pump Station bldg. and 3-unit Standby Diesel Generator Bldg.
• Oversee all electrical & Instrumentation works roughing-in of underground power distribution cables & LV power cables, grounding cables, cable trays and cable ladders, street lighting, conduit pipes & fittings and etc. etc. of which electrical method used for the
• Oversee all electrical & Instrumentation of all roughing-in works of Ma’aden Phosphate MH1 & MH2 Projects for the construction of Silo’s, Stack yard bldg., 34.5kV Primary Voltage Substation bldg., 5km conveyor and Loading & Unloading Train Station.
• Anticipated & manages the electrical scope, ensuring alignment with Aramco standards and specifications while minimizing cost impacts of the electrical equipment installation such as MV & LV Power Transformer, MV & LV Switchgear, UPS & Battery Rack, FAS, ATS, MCC Panels, Capacitor Bank, Distribution & Control Panels, Generator, MV & LV U/G electrical cables laying, Grounding System, Cable trays and Termination and Testing works, Switch-racks and 12m height Gas Plant Street lightings and provide submittal for testing and commissioning procedure.
• Implement meticulous selection processes such submittals of technical drawings, electrical materials and devised optimal installation methods, Inspection checklist, pre-commission & testing method and maximizing efficiency without compromising quality and identify precise specific specifications include detailed drawings, dimension and applicable certification to meet the project specification standards.
• Managed the electrical works within the allocated budget of approximately 125 Million Riyal, contributing significantly to the successful completion of the Engineering Design, Procurement, and Construction Projects.
• Provided the MTO as per IFC drawing in order to make a check and balance of the Bid Quantity versus actual installed material quantity and site supervision to support the Project Construction Department team to make sure the workmanship is in accordance with the approve plan and standards.
• Preparing of Work Progress Billing includes the project change order Costing per Manhour labor rate include the equipment cost and the total project cost for electrical works is 70 Million riyals.
Roles:
• Perform an electrical designer, CAD draftsman and electrical estimates & costing as per manhour labor rates and material canvassing in residential and commercial flat projects in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain & Sharjah area in UAE.
• Provide a technical evaluation of the system, performance, reliability and suitability supported with electrical design calculation for the selecting of electrical equipment such as Power Transformer, Switchgear, Capacitor Bank, DPs, ATS, Cable Sizing, Conduits & Cable Trays filling and electrical material specification of the projects and in accordance with the Electricity Wiring Regulations and Supervision Bureau in UAE to minimized the expense as per allocated budget cost.
• Perform design plans for Telecom & Data, FAS, CATV & CCTV and Sanitary Plumbing & Waterline Piping for residential and commercial flats bldg.

• Perform a technical evaluation of the system, performance, reliability and suitability supported with electrical design calculation for the selection of electrical equipment such as Power Transformer, Switchgear, Capacitor Bank, DPs, ATS, Cable Sizing, Conduits & Cable Trays filling and electrical material specification of the projects and in accordance with the PEC standard to minimized the expense as per allocated budget cost.

Roles:
• Led the electrical team and supervised the work with 15number of personnel include two (2) Leadman and assign for the construction Aramco KJO Headquarters Office and SCECO Facility improvement in Al Khafji area Eastern province Saudi Arabia.
• The project scope is to construct as per tender drawings of the all electrical utilities such building lighting, street and area lights, power socket, MV Power transformer, LV Transformer, MV & LV Switchgear, ATS, MCC, Capacitor Bank, DP & CP panels includes FAS, CCTVs, PA, T&D Panel, Generator Set, Drop-arm gate barrier and Water control irrigation, U/G Power distribution cables.
• Perform technical evaluations for the electrical system test and simulation and it involved assessing of performance, reliability and suitability of the electrical equipment and materials such as conductor resistance insulation test, voltage stability, power factor, electrical load capacity and fault current tolerance and compliance with the standard.
• Perform hand-on electrical works in accordance with IFC plan and safety work standard and give a demonstrate on how to execution the work as their guide to be follow by the worker if the available manpower is less skilled to expedite progress work accomplishment.
• Perform planning and work scheduling for the weekly and monthly progress reporting and Testing & commissioning of the completed projects.

Material Inventory for Incoming and Outgoing materials, verifying the quantity of material installed versus material received and installed, material canvassing and selection approved material as per vendor quotations.
Substation monitoring & reading of hourly power consumption, load current, power factor, transformer oil temperature, relay battery backup & etc.
