Job Role:
- Ensure Project HSE Plan is being implemented at work site (by monitoring all Equipment to be utilize at site are in good condition using checklist, monitor proper donning of required PPE at all times, by ensuring JSEA & Risk Assessment are done properly with prior TBT, by ensuring Permit to Work were obtained before the job execution).
- Perform HSE inductions & other related HSE trainings incases & during the absence of the Project HSE trainer
- Prepares the Weekly General Toolbox talk topic and circulate it to all OMPP work sites
- Participate in preparation, review and modification of risk assessment as required
- Assist the Safety Lead to complete accident/incident reports (initial report, investigation and on final reporting)
- Monitor the bus marshalling of all service bus and coasters
- Assist Safety department in conducting scheduled emergency drills required by the client (S.A.Aramco)
- Prepare and consolidate weekly & monthly HSSE reports of all OMPP projects and submit to country office.
- Prepare all Aramco required reports
- Perform inspection of fire detection and fire-fighting equipment regularly
- Facilitate and track the status of all materials being requested by the HSSE department thru coordinating with the commercial, procurement and materials department.
- Coordinating and consolidating issued work permits by clients and internal permits and reporting them as required by the client (S.A.Aramco)
Job Role:
-Ensure safety, orderliness and aesthetic beauty of village surroundings are being maintained.
-Monitor and assess hazardous and unsafe situations
-Develop control measures to assure personnel safety.
-Correct unsafe acts or conditions & exercise emergency authority to prevent or stop unsafe acts.
-Conduct regular safety briefing to maintain awareness of active and developing situations.
-Participate in planning meetings to identify any health and safety concerns inherent in the daily operations.
-Ensure that the workplace safety, complies with EHS statutory requirements.
-Implement and promote EHS programs.
-Conduct regular site safety inspection and follow up actions.
-Investigate accidents that have occurred within incident areas.
-Conduct and present monthly safety findings.
-Perform all administrative work
-Organizes and stores documents and computer-based information. Maintain an effective filing system
-Orders and maintains stationery and equipment supplies, not limited to making inventories of stocks
-Arrange to provide and or replace furniture inside the villas as per tenants’ request
-Liaises with members of staff in other departments or external contacts
-Receive visitors / staff arranges and schedules meetings or appointments make short tour for interested renters/tenants while giving brief insights about the amenities’ our village may offer.
-Organizes maintenance staff daily schedule not limited to making sure staff are working as requested by the tenants or customers and according to standards.
-Arranges /coordinates for both in-house and external events as and when required
-Arrange to refurbish a villa when occupants ended their contract
-Handles confidential information with utmost secrecy and integrity
Entertain all inbound and outbound calls; keep in touch with the regular customers. Check inventories to keep track of the stocks. Prepare order list. Prepare documents that are asked and needed by my employer.
Give reception to prospective and regular patrons. Act as curator. Prepare meeting documents. Make power point presentation report. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Manage and overlook the operations of the store, ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business with emphasis on enforcing procedures and retail promotion, assure that enough goods are in stocked to facilitate customers' needs.
