Duties and Responsibilities:
* Hardware re-configuration of Radio Access Networks from RBS2000, RBS3000 and RBS6000 Families.
* Simulate Ericsson Product Lines prior to Project Roll-Out to assess Viability of Installation.
* Inspect RAN Materials covering 2G, 3G, LTE TDD, LTE FDD, 5G and IBS. Ensures these materials are fit for Reuse.
* Inspect Microwave and Radio Wave Transmission Networks. Ensures these materials are fit for Reuse.
* Inform, escalates to concern entities issues found during routine material inspection.
* Repairs Dismantled Materials from RAN to Microwave and Radio Wave Transmission Network whenever possible.
* Validates SRR Document submitted by different Accredited Service Providers for dismantled items and New Materials.
* Provide solutions for Installation Issues being raise by Implementation and Design Team.
* Performs Outbound Inspection of Dismantled Materials. Ensures Items are within specification prior to dispatch.
* Pursue Activity Request being assigned by IE Coordinators for RAN, New Projects, RW Transmission Network on daily basis to support Project Roll-Out.
* Provides Technical Assistance to ASP in matters related to materials and Site Return Report.
* Occasionally, leads people when task to perform specific projects which needs to be accomplished on a specific time frame.
* Help set up Battery Charging System for Ericsson Industrial Batteries and performed this myself on a routine basis.
* Observe KPI in relation to Warehouse Operations.

3G ROLES:
* Conducts technical inspection of 3G RBS Dismantled cabinets returned from sites, including its Antennas and various accessories.
* Escalates to concern entities any substandard materials found during routine materials inspection.
* Repairs 3G cabinets and other 3G accessories when found to be damaged.
* Provides a Technical Report on weekly basis to 3G NRO, IE Team Leader and Supply Department regarding 3G dismantling activities.
* Tasked to do hardware re-configuration of 3G Cabinet Hardware.

2G ROLES:
* Conducts technical inspection of 2G RBS Dismantled cabinets returned from sites, including its Antennas and various accessories.
* Escalates to concern entities any substandard materials found during routine materials inspection.
* Repairs 2G cabinets and other 2G accessories when found to be damaged.
* Provides a Technical Report to 2G NRO, IE Team Leader and Supply Department regarding 2G dismantling activity.
* Tasked to do hardware re-configuration of 2G Cabinet Hardware.

TRANSMISSION ROLE:
* Conducts technical inspection of TRM Dismantled subracks returned from sites, including its Antennas and various accessories
* Escalates to concern entities any substandard materials found during routine materials inspection.
* Repairs MW & RW Antennas and other accessories when found to be damaged during routine inspection.
* Tasked to do rebuilding of Microwave Antennas as per TND requirement.

Ware House Technical Support
* Support’s Ware House Team in technical evaluation of materials from new to dismantled materials whether it is 2G, 3G or TRM.
* Spearhead any Upgrade or Downgrade Hardware activity as tasked by Supply Department Head and other Business Development group of Ericsson to WH.
* Support’s SPMS Team in dismantling RBS cabinets used for maintenance purpose.
