Duties & Responsibilities:
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site
• Prepare setting out, levelling and survey the site
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Inspect and ensure that all works are being performed in accordance with latest approved drawings, specifications, ITP and other pertinent contract documents
• Performed preliminary inspection prior to submitting for consultant's inspection

• Raise non-conformances and observation when required for confirming products, works, processes, etc

Project Scope
• Responsible in the Supervision of Roads, Buildings and Maintenance Projects assigned being implemented by the Provincial government, to ensure that works are carried out according to plans, specification and standards
• Responsible for the evaluation of on-going projects and recommend to the Provincial Engineer solution that will expedite construction activity according to Schedule, plans and specifications.
• Responsible to review Work Schedule of contractors and recommend/suggest modifications to the Provincial Engineer for proper action.
• Responsible in conducting site inspections and check the work of contractors to ensure that materials and equipments are inconsistent with contract documents and specification.
• To coordinate with other government support staff relative to work progress and instruct contractor if materials or any portion of the work does not conform to the requirement of specifications and standards.
• Responsible for the verification of all materials to be used in construction are properly stored and kept in safe manner. to ensure quality during construction are maintained
• Responsible to check all technical record sheets and measurements made by contractors, surveyor and other field engineers and recommend for appropriate action.
• Prepares and submit to the Provincial Engineer physical accomplishment reports, billing progress and to keep and maintain office file records.
• Conduct inspection on all activities for civil, concreting and steel works, evaluate and prepare weekly and monthly progress report, evaluate various changes and claims, prepare shop drawings and conduct punch-listing works prior to turnover and acceptance of the project.
