We answer phones, provide troubleshooting information, report and analyze customers' information and needs, issue billing details and open and close customer accounts. In summary, We are the direct link between a company and its existing and potential customers.
Working closely with a team of management accountants to keep the financial engine of an organisation ticking over. As well as giving me a chance to prove my mathematical prowess.
It’s all about the numbers with this job, so duties are likely to range from helping to prepare financial statements to producing monthly management accounts.
Other tasks includes:
Budgeting
Raising invoices
Managing ledgers
Processing expenses
Preparing VAT returns
