Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within hotels, restaurants, cafés, and hospitality groups.
Promote and sell IT solutions including POS systems, PMS, ERP, inventory, and other hospitality software solutions.
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as hotel managers, F&B directors, and IT managers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts in line with company pricing strategies.
Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth solution implementation and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging hospitality technologies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systems.

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient and smooth service.
Supervise and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain brand standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction, handle customer feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
Ensure proper staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management.
Support training and development of team members, including onboarding new staff.
Maintain quality control for food presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness in compliance with UAE regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and assist in stock control.
Drive sales and upselling initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP).
Assist in preparing reports on sales, expenses, and operational performance.
