Reporting to Design Graphic Manager and lead 5 junior CAD Designer.
Main responsibilities :
• Learn and examine the internal design and other design process within Company and
looking for any possibilities to improve design graphics process.
• Assist Design Graphics Manager to plan and direct continuous enhancement of Design
Graphics methods, process, procedures and equipment upgrades resulting in cycle
time reduction and quality improvement.
• Responsible for conducting training less experienced Design Graphic personnel in the
technical details of drafting.
• Execute and analyze design graphics improvement and development activities.
• May perform the duties of Design Graphics Job Leader.
• Assist Design Graphics Manager to review and approval design graphics tasks to
ensure validity, quality and applicability in accordance to proper procedure.
• Perform knowledge transfer efforts to any assigned drafters, engineers and/or other
department.
• Engaged in domestic and/or international travel as required

• Lead supervisor and junior engineer for the civil work execution construction of Coal
Mill Foundation, Boiler foundation, Chimney foundation, 5 store Control Building, Office
Building, Expatriate housing
• Document Preparation for job inspection
• Man power and heavy duty equipment planning
Achievement :
• Constructed the main Power Plant foundation, offices and control room building
