Accountable for retail selling and managing Gulf Air products in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, RasAlkhaimah, UmalQuain.
Increased Sales by 19% (5.6Million Aed in 2009) Iraq & Manila bulk movement.
Develop and implement short and long term company strategies timely and efficiently.
Plans and conducts weekly sales meetings for staff to discuss latest sales techniques, new products, overall performance and other topics.
Supervise and monitor employees engaged in all aspects of retail operations (Reservation/Ticketing/Holidays/Visas/Pricing), also taking of inventories and keeping operating records.
Responsible for an efficient staffing at customer service desks, by proper assignments of duties while respecting break periods, work hours and vacations. Maintain retail operating levels by ensuring that all aspects comply with agreed standards.
Communicate and upholds all company policies, rules and regulations, while maintain a productive and pleasant customer and working environment, compliments staff for achieving same and initiates disciplinary action where needed.
Managing and nurturing company’s interactions with clients and sales prospects.
Answers customer's complaints or inquiries, and resolves customer's problems to restore and promote good public relations.
Makes decisions on adjustments, refunds, customer checks and customer service.
Formulates pricing policies according to requirements for profitability.

Achieve sales of Gulf Air products, through travel agencies, retail outlets, corporate, commercial houses and associates.
Achieve the set revenue targets by maximizing the best yield / volume mix whilst determining the market potential and exploiting market opportunities with all available resources.
To evaluate and report all changed situations, trade and competitive activity to ensure the Company maintains market awareness.
Actively investigate lost sales opportunities to learn and avoid recurrence while continuously build prospect lists to take appropriate action and improve corporate customer base.
Carry out market demand analysis and take proactive / reactive measures which will capitalize the revenue earning opportunities and minimize risks. React to the changing market demand condition with speed so that no revenue earning opportunity is lost.
Thoroughly analyze all management statistical reports and derive productive information which is beneficial for the Yield Management.
