• Undertake the full range of 360 (Internal & External), (Local & International) recruitment and selection processes within agreed timeframes, including drafting and placing advertisements, coordinating candidate information, conducting first round interviews, conducting reference checks and implementing overall recruiting strategy, develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Weekly collaboration with the Executive Vice President & CFO to create and implement the HR strategy for MENA in line with business goals and expansion plans
