Interact with all engineering disciplines, collect the discipline TDRs, review and finalize deliverable man hours and weightage, assigned schedule activity IDs, plan and forecast issue dates for each deliverable and prepare the cumulative TDR. Continuously interact with discipline and address all issues/queries related to TDR and identify and alert engineering delays. Interact with IT department and develop TDR reports (Total engineering deliverable -18000)
•Develop progress measurement system (PMS) and S-curves (EPC)
•Develop Commodity Curves and Monitor
•Develop Weekly and Monthly reporting formats
•Prepare and issue Weekly Progress Report/Monthly Progress Report
•Develop presentation formats and prepare Monthly & Quarterly Presentations
