• Deliver the Project Management Processes and Guidelines & follows up with all project phases and activities.

• IT project Manager for projects related to IT Infrastructure and Operations department.

• Managing server infrastructures and data-center operations across Windows platforms. Plan, install, configure and optimize IT infrastructures to achieve high availability and performance.

1. MoCI -eCR Project:
• Worked as infrastructure team leader to submit with the team the full design for the whole project.
• Delivered the requirement hardware for the project.
• Lead the preparation of the whole infrastructure for the MoCI data center which contains: Two Cisco routers, four Cisco ASA’s, two Cisco Load Balancers, and four Cisco switches, also contains two Windows Server 2008 domain controllers with Federation services, SCOM 2007, SCCM 2007, SCDPM 2007, two ISA servers, two Data base clustered servers, two Biztalk (gateway) load balanced servers, two internal and two external web load balanced servers, two intranet index & search servers, one FCS antivirus server and HP SAN storage. In addition of a staging, development and testing environments.
• Documenting the whole infrastructure for the project.
2. C4SADAD integration project:
• Worked with a team to submit the initial design for the whole project.
• Prepared the whole infrastructure for the MoF data center which contains: Cisco router, ASA, Load Balancer, and switches, also contains two domain controllers, two ISA servers, two Data base clustered servers, two Biztalk load balanced servers, two web load balanced servers, MOM 2005 server, one antivirus server and SAN storage.
• Delivered the requirement hardware for each site.
• Installed and configured Switch, Router, and ASA for each site.
• Installed and configured 3 Servers for each site.
• Documenting the whole infrastructure for each site.
• Designed a complete solution for back up circuit for each site.
= Internal Projects:
• Installed and configured two windows 2008 R2 domain controllers.
• Used Microsoft Hyper-V technology to build most of SSIT servers.
• Setup a site-to-site VPN between SSSIT branches.
• Established a tow-way trust relationship between SSSIT branches.
• Installed and configured Microsoft Lync 2010 server, Exchange 2010

• System administrator for all Estarta servers and systems.
• Deploying internal projects in Estarta environment for all new technologies especially in Microsoft to keep all the systems up to date
• External projects with the infrastructure unite.
