Prepare plan and Schedule for materials, tools, consumables and manpower requirement.
-Conducting routinely inspection, initiates good working procedures and discuss work related problems and solutions among the staff and crew.
-Coordinates with the Project Manager with regards to the Project according to the approved plans and specification.

-Introduced various operational and production solutions for upgrading the overall production of the plant.
-Prepared all daily & monthly plans and Schedules line up for the whole workshop and assembly lines.
-Coordinated with the Sales people and Top Management regarding the availability of finished products for delivery and inventory of raw materials.
