* Responsible for ensuring good water supply and use for fish growth.
* Management of farms' reservoir at all times to ensure good quality water.
* Ensure feeding protocols are fully complied with and followed.
* Ensure discharge of good wastewater into the Volta Lake after use.
* Carry out chemical test on pond water to ascertain their status and report to management for immediate action.
* Ensure data on water parameters are collected daily and weekly reports are prepared and submitted.
* Analyse and report on any project undertaken in relation to water quality and feeding.
* Prepare and submit weekly report on feed and water quality status of farm to management.

* Assisting lecturers and students in tailoring and carrying out their research work.
* Disseminating information to about four commercial fish-farmers in the Ashanti Region on best management
practices in the aquaculture industry.
* Undertaking and supervising students in laboratory experiments.
* Assigning group project topics and marking scripts of students.
Preparation of office monthly reports.
* Allocation of degraded areas that were cited for plantation development.
* Recording and reporting on the coordinates to map plantation plots to determine the size of each plantation in
the District.

Management Principles For Improving Higher Education In Agriculture And Natural Resources' by CANR-
KNUST.
This was focused on attaining in-depth knowledge in the science of water resources and itsefficient use and management for sustainability. Key modules include: Environmental Hydrology and Water Resources, Water and Wastewater Treatment,Marine Wastewater Discharges, Integrated Water ResourceManagement, Water Conservation, Computer Simulation of River Flows. Dissertation: Volatile Fatty Acid fermentation for optimum Biological Nutrient Removal in Wastewater (Veolia Water).
A broad understanding of natural resources and their roles to mankind coupled with effective management and use was the core of this degree. I majored in Fisheries and Watershed Management. Key modules include: Limnology, Applied Remote Sensing and GIS, Watershed Management, Experimental Design and Analysis, Environmental Issues in Natural Resource Management, Natural Resource Economics, Business Management and Administration. First class honors Dissertation: Growth performance and feed utilization of Nile tilapia fed with Shea nut cake
