• Finalization of accounts, Preparing Trial Balance, Statement of financial position and Income Statement and Quarterly filing V.A.T return as per the FTA guidelines.
• Interaction with internal and external auditors in completing audits
• Preparing and finalizing Commercial Agreements related to Contracts and Subcontract with client and Suppliers.

• Handling Effective payments, Electronic Transfer of funds, Bank transfers, and Bank payment
• Supervising of efficient book keeping, Bills Receivables, Payables and Dealing with Insolvency cases.
• Handling multi-currency inwards & outwards with proper accounting standards.
• Supporting Procurement team, arranging facilities. Visa processing of employees, and WPS payroll processing
• Maintain internal control documentation and test internal controls.
• Cost estimates, Overhead calculations, fixed cost absorption, and forecast budget preparation.
• Maintaining, updating and periodic depreciating the Fixed Assets of the company.
• Dealing with Banks to finance project, Knowledge of L/C & Project Payment Certificate discounting
• Preparation of Cheques, Payments and Bank deposits
• Review of LPO and Requisition in line with organisation standard.
• Good Knowledge of accounting Packages such as Tally ERP 9, Peach Tree, ERP Next, Busy etc.
