 Coordinate to the receptionist for new files
 Makes new files for new patients
 Make daily report to be pass to P.R Manager
 Make weekly and monthly report to be pass to the General Manager
 Assign to another task as per assigned by the Manager.
 Sending files if receptionist asking the files of patient arrives
 Collecting all the files before end of duty.
